Born on 2/8/2014, Autumn Reign has been singing since she was able to talk and walk. After discovering her gift of voice, she wanted to share it with the world and entered her first talent show as early as kindergarten. In addition, she wanted to keep pushing herself and started learning piano when she was 7 years old. Shortly after, she met her bandmate Mari Rey at the same talent show in Burbank, CA. That summer, they started a band called “Plain American Girls” which was inspired by legendary singer & songwriter Barbara Keith and The Stone Coyotes. After working with some session musicians they released their first EP American Child, featuring Hammond B3 and synth bass over a simple backbeat as their signature sound. Autumn Reign sings and plays Hammond Organ, while Mari Rey plays drums, percussion, and synth bass on the recordings.
