A composer, songwriter, producer and multi instrumentalist, Vincent has worked in almost every creative corner of the music industry.

 

Equally comfortable working in the worlds of TV, Film and popular music, he has lent his talents to music of all genres and styles. He studied piano with The Royal Conservatory of music and has worked in recording studios across North America and abroad, from Abbey Road to the legendary Sound City .

 

As a composer he has written main title  themes for the NBC shows, “ Parks and Recreation” and “Up All Night”, the TBS comedy  “ Sullivan and Son”, OWN networks “The Swell Life”. He has also been co-composer for “Up All Night” and “Sullivan and Son”  he composed the pilot for Amazons Golden Globe winning “Transparent”.  He is currently scoring Season 4 Of Nettflix  “F is For Family” and season 3 of Freeform/ABC “ Grown-ish” In the past he has composed music for the Sony Classics Documentary “American Chaos “ Dave Foleys “The True Meaning of Christmas” , contributed additional music to the feature film “Suspicious River “ and scored the Short Dance piece “Status Quo” for Bravo tv.

 

Vincent started his career in the late eighties as a member of the  Multi Platinum selling Canadian band “ The Grapes of Wrath”. After the group disbanded in the early nineties he lent his talents to other recording artists. Equally at home behind a recording console and a keyboard he has recorded and produced artists that range from Sarah McLachlan to Monster Magnet, The Cowboy Junkies to Alanis Morisette.

 

As a musician he has worked as Musical Director for Sarah McLachlan, Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode), Morrissey and Alanis Morisette. He has appeared on every major Network TV show and has performed on the Grammys several times.

 

Vincent currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
